- Login to your Everhale account and visit my orders, here you will have an option to return your order with a relevant reason for your return.
- In case of a refund on 15 days return policy, the payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to customers account within 10 - 15 working days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through debit/credit card, net banking, the refund will be reversed back to the original account from which the payment was made at everhale.in. Keep original packing and the item in its sealed form securely repacked.
- Customer should not return the product before receiving an email confirmation from the Everhale team.
- All products returned to Everhale needs to come with all relevant documents such as Original/Copy of invoice.
- Please note that return of the Product will be accepted only from the Customer directly and from or through any representative, except in special circumstances like death of customer accompanied by valid documents (Death Certificate, Proof of Relationship with the deceased person).
Return On Domestic Order (Order with in India)
In case of domestic order, refund will be made only after deducting the shipping charges, GST and CESS.
The order amount will refunded to the customer within 10 -15 working days of receipt of the product and quality check except for solitaires, and if all return conditions are met.
Return On International Orders
Everhale will not entertain any request for return of product based on for international orders except under the following conditions.
- a) If the product is defective/damaged condition, the return can be initiated. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product and once it’s completed Quality Assurance test, the refund will be initiated instantly.
- b) Customer can ship the product back to our registered office address, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
